Refund Policy

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Handmade & Engraved LLC and/or handmade-engraved.com

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

1. The customers have fourteen days to return any purchases.

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within fourteen days of the purchase. Handmade & Engraved LLC and/or www.handmade-engraved.com will provide a refund so long as all terms and conditions of the return policy in clause 3 are achieved by the customer.

3. The products must be returned within fourteen days under the following conditions;

a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase.

b. It must contain all tags.

c. It must not be damaged.

d. The customer must include the purchase receipt.

e. The customer must pay for all return shipping. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.

4. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling all of the conditions provided in clause 3 Handmade & Engraved LLC and/or www.handmage-engraved.com shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
